This Easter was so much fun. I keep telling Matt, "Holiday's are much more fun when you have a kid!" And Matt will agree, I go overboard, especially for Luke's age. I 'hid' eggs (really I placed them all over the floor), I got him a basket, and a couple of toys. And on Saturday we went to a community egg hunt. They had the Easter Bunny there, it was hilarious. You could tell this guy was a college student who didn't know what to do. But Lucas said hi to him, and waved and gave him a five. But Luke's friend Cooper, was terrified of him! It was sad but hilarious! It kind of felt good for Matt and I, let me explain before you judge and think we are jerks. Lucas is terrified of everyone! He still has an extremely hard time with my family, and he hates strangers, so to see Lucas waving to the Bunny and Cooper crying, it was nice for us to see that its not just our kid. Lucas enjoyed Easter, but his favorite part was opening and closing the plastic eggs. I still have like 10 that are constantly out, Lucas loves them! We got Lucas an Easter Bunny Mr. Potato Head. Lucas loves it, he has lost a couple of the pieces already. But his favorite piece is...the mouth. He came walking in the room the other day, with this "mouth" in his mouth, it was so funny! We forgot to get pictures of the Egg Hunts, but oh well. Enjoy our little Easter Bunny!

Hey this Matt. So ball was fun on saturday. I believe that the true dominance showed up when the Matts were put on the same team. The give-and-go towards the end brought the connection back if only for a brief moment. Luke is turning into a pretty cute little kid. His hair is coming through nicely, especially when in the Andreason clan it is such a rare commodity. You guys must be proud. We need to go and have a bbq at the heatons place, they have a good set up there.
Way too cute! Holidays are definitely much more fun with kids. Just wait until he starts talking.
