Last night we watched 'World Trade Center' without realizing the significance of the date. I just wanted to take a minute and thank all of those who have fought and all of those that do fight. That day is one that will live forever in our minds- I can remember everything that day, what I was wearing, what I was doing, how I felt and everything that I did the rest of the day. I think it is natural to remember the feelings we had, the emotions- anger, sadness, loneliness, fear, frustration. At the end of the movie it talks of the importance to remember the good that came out that day. After giving it much though, I realized that of course thinking about the day brings back the emotions, but let us rise and become stronger. We must remember that there is so much good out in the world. In order for the the thousands of lives that were taken, to not be taken in vain, we must show the world, and show ourselves that we are stronger, and that we have become better. Thank you to those who helped that day, and thank you to those that fought and continue to fight; and thank you to those that pray for them.
